1. Shipping Methods
We deliver packages through international couriers like Air Mail, Registered Air Mail, EMS, Fedex, UPS, DHL, TNT, Sky Cargo, Sea Shippment, etc. Customers can choose the shipping method they like.
2. Destinations
We ship to almost all countries. There are some restrictions applicable to some products, and some products cannot be shipped to certain destinations. If we are unable to ship your product, we shall contact you.
Please write the Address in English Language, it can help the shipping company easy to read and handle the package.
Notice:If paypal is used, we only ship the item to address listed in your Paypal. If shipping address is different from Paypal (as dropshipping), please confirm and remark correct one in Paypal, or the order will be canceled.
3. Shipping Costs
The Shipping Fee will depend on the weight and shape of the item(s). We charge consistently low shipping fees to save you even more money and to increase your profit. The shipping charges shown during checkout represent actual rates for most countries. In some cases, the shipping rates may be higher than what we have listed on this website. In such cases we shall inform you of any additional charges and await your confirmation prior to processing your order or transaction.
- Some products support in bulk package that saving shipping, the products are in a plain box, or simply wrapped in plastic bag.
- Post is the cheapest shipping way for small parcel under 2kg.
DHL,when the weight is more than 21kgs, enjoy more competitive bulk price (Except the U.S.A, Canada, Mexico, India, Latvia and Slovenia). If parcel weight is 17kg-21kg, please add more products to 21kg and - you will have cheaper shipping cost. (For example, ship to Japan, shipping cost is 205.57usd for 17kgs, if weight is up to 21kgs, shiping cost is 91.18usd only)
- Order special items (liquid, batteries, etc) separately instead of order with other products together, save more shipping cost.
- Prepare items in stock one time, choose Sea shipment or Air shipment to save freight.
4. Delivery Time & Tracking
Order is split into two parts: Processing and Shipping
Processing time = From the time we receive your confirmed order to when we send it, 1-3 business days are needed to prepare and pack the stocks if they are in stock. If stocks are unavailable, we will inform you.
Shipping time The time it takes for the shipping companies to deliver your package to you.

After dispatch, we will update tracking no. into our websites within 24 hours working time. You can check it in “Doubridge Message Center”-“Shipping Information” for the detail info. You can track your order and detailed location for the shipment in relative online websites link as we offered. Due to different shipping company and shipping method, the online tracking info often updated within 1-3 business days after we shipped out the goods.
Please be aware that the shipping time may be influenced by many factors, such as customs inspection or postal delay. If you can’t receive packages within 4 weeks, please kindly inform us.
5. Insurance
As between you and us , all risks of loss of, and damage to your purchased product(s) during the transportation process shall be borne solely and exclusively by you. Please note that, under applicable laws and/or international treaties, the liability of carriers, shippers, shipping agents and/or other relevant parties for any loss of or damage to product(s) handled by them may be excluded, fixed or limited. Accordingly, for all shipments, we recommend that you purchase appropriate, relevant and adequate insurance to cover against the risk of loss and damage during the transportation process. Please contact us to inquire about available insurance rates for your order or transaction.
All items are carefully packed and addressed for export. Deliveries shall generally include customary one-way standard export packaging. (If, as an exception, we assume the packaging costs, then such costs shall be calculated on the basis of verifiable net costs.) However, should items become damaged or lost while in transit to you, we shall not be responsible or liable therefor.
In the event that you purchase insurance, such insurance shall be upon and subject to the terms and conditions offered by the underwriter by whom such insurance is effected; provided however that the limit of the coverage provided by such insurance shall not be more than the invoice value of the items.
In the event that you purchase insurance and you are required to file a claim for any loss of or damage to your product under such insurance through us, please contact us to initiate the claim. We shall then refund the cost or replace the item, but only if and after confirmation has been received from the insurance company regarding acceptance of the claim and payment of the compensation.
6. Tax & Custom & Duty
Import duty
Please note: All applicable duties and taxes, if any, are not included in the purchase price of your order or transaction. If they apply and are levied, then they are your (and not our or the product manufacturer’s or supplier’s) sole and exclusive responsibility, and shall be paid by you directly to your government or to the courier company, when the products are delivered. Doubridge is not responsible for any import duties and custom cost when goods passing your country custom.
Declaration value
Usually, to make sure the package go through destination country custom smoothly, Items shipped will be declared at the real value. Every country custom have different requirement for import, some countries are strict and special, have limited for the declare value, description, shipping method; please check the import duty rule of your country before placing order. You can send us the declaration instructions if have special request when packing order.
Tax
Please note: Doubridge is not responsible for custom tax if goods was hold in destination custom. If package is unlucky hold by the custom, customer has the duty to contact with custom and pay for some charges to get the package to arrive safety. We will do our best to support to clear your custom such as offer commercial invoice in time etc. If any customer do not want to clear custom casing the goods returning to China or shipment confiscated, all the charges need to be paid by buyers.
