Registration Agreement

This Registration Agreement (“Agreement”) is a contract between you and DouBridge Limited (“DouBridge”) and applies to your purchase of DouBridge services available through DouBridge Limited. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement, you will not be permitted to use our services.

You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement before you may become a member of DouBridge Limited.

In this Agreement, “you” or “your” means any person or entity using the Service (“Customers”). Unless otherwise stated, “DouBridge”, “we” or “our” will refer collectively to DouBridge Limited

Your status as a Customer. To become our customer, you must be a registered member with DouBridge Limited in order to use our Services; You will gain access to the data on all the products we publish on the website. You will have to agree to pay the monthly fee at the time you want to upgrade a plan. Of course, you can get a refund of the remaining money when you are downgraded. Or cancel your account at any time.

You must also agree to each and every condition in this Agreement:

1.Eligibility

Our Services are only available to persons that can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Without limiting the foregoing, our Service is not available to minors (under 18), persons who are suspended from our Service, or to persons who present an unacceptable level of credit risk

2.Purchase Order/Login and password protection/Indemnification.

Any purchase of our subscriptions can be made only after you log in into your “User Account” using your user name and password. You are responsible for the use and protection of user name and password.
You understand and agree that all risk associated with unauthorized use of your log in and password are solely yours and agree to hold DouBridge harmless and free of any claims, liabilities, demands for reimbursement, credit card charge-backs, or causes of action relating to such unauthorized use.

3.Legal Disputes

In the event any dispute arises between you and DouBridge in relation to this Agreement or any transaction relating thereto, all claims or actions, whether judicial, quasi judicial, or administrative must be made in the Shenzhen City, GuangDong province. You hereby expressly agree to submit to jurisdiction of the appropriate Shenzhen City court. If further agree that any claim or action against DouBridge may be prosecuted solely and exclusively in the GuangDong province

4.Attorney Fees

In case of any collection activity, dispute, litigation, claim, or action arising in relation to this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to compensation of reasonable attorney fees and costs of enforcement.

5.General

This Agreement is governed by and interpreted under the laws of the People’s Republic of China
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
Headings are for reference purposes only and in no way define, limit, construe or describe the scope or extent of such section.
Our failure to act with respect to a breach by you or others does not waive our right to act with respect to subsequent or similar breaches.
This Agreement set forth the entire understanding between Customer and DouBridge with respect to the subject matter hereof.

6.Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product information received from our suppliers, DouBridge Limited shall not be held responsible. DouBridge shall not be held responsible for typos or incorrect product data provided by the suppliers. Our mission is to accurately report the data provided by the suppliers without making any changes to their content. DouBridge is not responsible for scrubbing the data content provided by our integrated suppliers.

Our mission is to become a one-stop platform for dropshipper by connecting Chinese Suppliers and Global Online Stores, integrating as many goods products at good price as possible into DouBridge platform, optimizing product data, developing extensions to help upload products to mainstream e-commerce websites, synchronizing related inventory and logistic information, fulfilling orders, reducing seller’s operating cost. You are obliged to check the spelling accuracy of products uploaded to your website from DouBridge.

7.Content

Product images, descriptions, prices, and all related data provided by platform is referred to as “product content”. The product content provided by DouBridge should not to be distributed to any third party. The product content provided by DouBridge should be used exclusively for one single website. Any distribution of our product content to third party websites will be in violation of our terms and conditions.

DouBridge is not responsible for any problem arises by distribution of product content to any third party (on Amazon, eBay or any third party marketplace websites), including but not limited to product infringement resulting in accounts restricted, customer complaints of product issues, logistic issues leading to lower account scores, etc. Please comply with the rules of third-party platforms.

8.Payments of orders

If you decide to fulfill your orders through DouBridge platform and let us handle orders for you, you will be required to finish 100% payment.

There are two payment methods:

Paypal is an easy way to make each order payment clear
Deposit by TT or Western Union, will be credited from future orders.

9.Cancellation Policy

When you sign up for a free account with DouBridge Limited there is no charge. Your free account will allow you to review all our products and upload limited products to your website. If you like our platform and want more features, you can upgrade your plan. If you cancel your account, you can get a refund of the remaining money.

10.Product Images & descriptions

Whether you are using DouBridge ‘s self-built website system or installing free plug-in provided by DouBridge on your own website, you will have our permission to use the product images and descriptions provided on our website as long as you have an active account on DouBridge platform, If you decide to cancel your account, you are obligated to remove any product description or images from your website and/or from any other online portal.

All product images and descriptions are stored on our server. If you cancel the account, the data will be deleted immediately in order to save resources.

On your self-built website, you can select products and upload them to your website after plug-in configured successfully. Then the product data will be stored on your server. If you decide to cancel your account, you are obligated to remove any product description or images from your website.

11.Chargebacks

Any chargeback filed against membership payments or payments of orders will be escalated to collection agencies and reported to the credit bureau. We do not tolerate chargebacks under any circumstances. Additional fees up to $100 per chargeback will be applied to cover fees with collection agencies.

12.Supplement

With our self-built website system, you will be able to setup your own online eCommerce store in minutes, including a free theme, a free sub-domain, a free hosting, and upload products by One-Click.

If you have a website already, you can install a free plug-in developed by DouBridge Limited, and can also upload products by One-Click.

when you have orders, you can handle them yourself or fulfill them through DouBridge platform, then we ship parcels to your address or your customers directly.

We ship to all over the world.

Only one item can also be shipped, to your customer directly according to your needs

We do not reveal any of DouBridge information to your customers.

A purchase order cancellation is not allowed once order is in process.

We ship orders in One or Multiple Shipments as your request.
